Omelet at the cafe

Today for breakfast I had an omelet at the cafe. I was some what disappointed with the outcome. First off I really wanted sausage in the omelet and they ran out by the time I ordered it. After the omelet was finally finished I noticed the inside of it was cooked enough to my liking. An overall poor experience at the cafe this morning. Which is unusual because I normally have good experiences there.
